How the Gunas are Impacting How We Feel?

In Ayurveda, the three Gunas (qualities) - Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas - are fundamental qualities that exist in all aspects of life, including our mental and emotional states. An imbalance in these Gunas can lead to various issues. For example, an excess of Rajas can result in restlessness, anxiety, and burnout, while an excess of Tamas can lead to lethargy, depression, and stagnation.
